Can the AI send something without me knowing?

No. Anything that goes to a customer or the public waits for your approval. You can edit it, ask for a new version or reject it.

Do I need to learn prompting?

No. The employees already know your services, prices and tone. You just review what they prepared.

How is this different from ChatGPT?

ChatGPT answers when you ask. Talkos employees notice a new inquiry or review on their own, prepare a reply and send it once you approve.

What can you connect?

We start with website forms and email. Social networks, review platforms and your own systems are connected as needed, if they have an API.

Who sees my data?

Only your company. Each company’s data is kept separate, and each employee sees only what its job needs.
